Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between Probation Labs Sweden AB ("Probation Labs", "we", "our", or "us") and you ("user", "you", or "your") governing your use of our website (the "Site"), our products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not access the Site or use any of the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement to access the Site and use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, software, and images (collectively, the "Content") are the property of Probation Labs, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or exploit any Content without the prior written consent of Probation Labs.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any and all content, information, or materials that you upload, publish, or display on or through the Site ("User Content"). By posting or publishing User Content on the Site, you grant Probation Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant the foregoing license.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use the Site or Services to:

(a) post, publish, or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

(b) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

(d) use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site or Services for any purpose;

(e) use the Site or Services to violate any applicable laws or regulations;

(f) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of the Site or Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Site and Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROBATION LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROBATION LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF PROBATION LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Probation Labs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, your User Content, or your violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Changes to this Agreement

Probation Labs may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the posting of any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Probation Labs regarding the use of the Site and Services, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Probation Labs.
